While the previous Rotarian of the Week recipient was present, the actual coveted award was absent this week, another five dollars please...
Tim Crawford came to the podium to discuss the Master's Raffle, specifically to ask if anyone has any outstanding tickets to either sell them or return them. We are not printing more (we can't), and would like to sell them out.
Steve Oehler spoke briefly about the wine tasting and some of the auditing changes that will be happening to make it easier to track ticket sales. Mark your calendar, pick up your tickets, and go sell!
BIRTHDAYS AND CLUB ANNIVERSARIES
Two birthdays this week: Tim Duncan and Jeff Whitbey (February 19th). Only one club anniversary, Jerry Gross (7 years).
Eric Whipple then led us in two songs that were so awe inspiring that we forgot which ones they were. Thanks anyways Eric, we appreciate you!
SHERIFF'S REPORT
David Blair then came to the podium to discuss assorted and sundry dad trivia questions, raising $315 for our charities. Nice job David!
David Eardley then came to the podium to introduce our speaker of the day, Kathy Losinski of Rochester Area Neighborhood House. She spoke at length about all of the programs, volunteers, and community support that they both give and receive. Great talk, fantastic organization, very worthwhile for Rotary to partner with them. Thank you Kathy!
