President Ron Lichtle opened the virtual meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, then we recited the modified Four Way Test. Virtual lunch was served.
Ray Doerr gave the invocation.

There were 33 Rotarians present, and 1 guest, Joe Abro. Welcome Joe!

President Ron announced to the club Jeff Whitbey earned the 15th logon (handshake) this week, enjoy the week without fines Jeff!
There were many virtual happy bucks given during the meeting, here is a sampling:

Mayor Barnett was happy that Adams Road opened yesterday!
Jerry Carvey gave the Rotarian of the Week award to Roger Byrd! Congrats Roger!

We are planning to start in-person meetings at Rivercrest starting September 1st. More details to follow.
Bill Ebinger announced the Brick Fundraiser for the Park Maintenance Fund! Be sure to get your brick! 
Shirley Gofrank announced a Back to School fundraiser for the Neighborhood House! If you would like to donate directly to the cause, check out the link below:
We had 2 birthdays this week! Happy Birthday to Wayne Hodges on July 28th and Jason Brainer on July 30th! 
We had one club anniversary, Phil McPeek July 31st, 2 years! Congrats Phil!
Mayor Bryan Barnett then proceeded to fine everyone on the Zoom call, raising money for our charities.  In case you forgot to pay your fines (or wish to give more), please click anywhere on this text and scroll to the bottom of the page, or type in the following link into any browser: 
Today Mayor Barnett raised $185 in fines!

Ron Lichtle was our presenter for the day. President Ron spoke to our club about the goals for our Rochester Rotary Club in '20/'21 year. Ron started by giving us some background information as a Halo Jumper in the Armed Forces. He proceeded to give us an overview of our Board Members and the goals for the year ahead. Thank you so much for your presentation President Ron, it will be a great '20/'21 Rotary Year!
