President Ron Lichtle opened the virtual meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance, then we recited the modified Four Way Test. Virtual lunch was served.
 
Ray Doerr gave the invocation.

15th HANDSHAKE
President Ron announced to the club Jeff Whitbey earned the 15th logon (handshake) this week, enjoy the week without fines Jeff!
 
HAPPY BUCKS
There were many virtual happy bucks given during the meeting, here is a sampling:

ROTARIAN OF THE WEEK
Jerry Carvey gave the Rotarian of the Week award to Roger Byrd! Congrats Roger!

We are planning to start in-person meetings at Rivercrest starting September 1st. More details to follow.

BIRTHDAYS AND CLUB ANNIVERSARIES
We had 2 birthdays this week! Happy Birthday to Wayne Hodges on July 28th and Jason Brainer on July 30th! 
 
We had one club anniversary, Phil McPeek July 31st, 2 years! Congrats Phil!
 
SHERIFF'S REPORT

Today Mayor Barnett raised $185 in fines!
 
 
PROGRAM 

Ron Lichtle was our presenter for the day. President Ron spoke to our club about the goals for our Rochester Rotary Club in '20/'21 year. Ron started by giving us some background information as a Halo Jumper in the Armed Forces. He proceeded to give us an overview of our Board Members and the goals for the year ahead. Thank you so much for your presentation President Ron, it will be a great '20/'21 Rotary Year!
