SHERIFF'S REPORT
Jim Blundo, the Executive Director of the Michigan Mental Health Counselors Association, provided our presentation today on Mental Health.
Mental health is a difficult discussion to begin. The most important thing to remember is to speak to people as human beings who have value and remember the importance of taking a nonjudgmental approach. In the spirit of honesty, everyone has dark spots in their life and that is important to remember. It helps to talk and work through the issues that have the ability to bring you down a dark path. A meaningful conversation can move someone to the next level of coping. The internet has led to more and more isolation which is why communication and quality time is important now more than ever.
We are still on the look for a forever meeting home.

Yes, this is a challenging time. But, we are Rotarians, we will rise to the challenge, and our resilience and power of adaptation will prevail over this. Thanks everyone, have a great week.
