In conjunction with the Club in Ghana, Rochester Rotary underwrote the installation of a solar power system to power a local hospital. Here is an update on the now-completed hospital.

As the current Rotary Club president of The Rotary Club of Accra-Spintex,I would like to thank your club for partnering with us on this project.
This project has touched a lot of lives and proof that Rotary is Good.
We decided to invest in some videos and photography for reference .
Please find below a summary of the project:
- We trained and involved local electricians in the entire project.
- We put in place a complete electrical distribution system (complete with electrical earthing) for the facilities,this enables us to share the solar between the health facility and the residential facility which are both on the same compound.
- cost of the entire project was in approximately $21,000 and these installations took 10 days in all
